School of Rock Nashville provides Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding areas with great music lessons taught by real, experienced musicians. Although students can learn everything from piano to bass, drums, and more, vocals, guitar, and keyboard are especially popular at School of Rock Nashville. Country music is well-loved in the so-called "Music City USA," although students here are exposed to a bevy of different styles like heavy metal, progressive rock, and alternative rock. Nashville has had music in its heart for decades, with great acts like Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley calling it home, and local venues like Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ole Opry, Exit/In, The End, Bluebird Cafe, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the War Memorial Auditorium hosting stellar talent over the years.

THE INSTRUCTORS ARE AMAZING.

They understand where each child is at and help them to achieve mastery of their instrument, whether it be drums, piano, guitar, bass, or their voice. They help the child overcome obstacles so they can reach their fullest potential.

IT BUILDS SELF ESTEEM.

Taking lessons to learn an instrument is one thing, but learning how to be a part of a band is on another level. These kids are learning how to communicate, respect people and their opinions, and how to be accountable for themselves. It’s more than just music here.

IT MAKES MUSICIANS.

We have two boys who are 10 and 12 and they both love the one-on-one instrument lesson with an instructor and then the band rehearsals, practicing music with same age musicians in a band setting.

IT HELPS IN EVERY WAY.

My grandson is 12 and has autism. He has taken drum lessons since he was 4. School of Rock has given him an environment where he can blossom not only with his music but socially with other children that share his interests.
